This workshop, organized by the Luxembourg City Tourist Office, was aimed at tourism and hospitality businesses in Luxembourg that already protect their environment, promote local culture, and create meaningful jobs. It provided practical strategies to make the most of their sustainability practices in marketing and communications.

In this hands-on workshop, participants learned how to effectively communicate what makes a business unique and authentic, focusing on sustainability and customer experience.

The morning sessions highlighted the business benefits of sustainable tourism: how to reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and build loyalty through practical examples. The afternoon session concentrated on creating sustainable, off-season experiences.
